Order & Delivery Process

Local Print (2 week turnaround) Overseas Print (12-14 week turnaround)
We can use our stock bags and can print your bags with a local screen printer. We can do an overseas order which has a longer lead time, but much more cost effective. Minimum quantity is 1000 pieces.
The bags are printed overseas
Step 1) Receive order from client including logos for printing

Step 2) Jutebags.com.au sets aside selected bags and sends proforma invoice to client for payment Step 2) Jutebags.com.au sends proforma invoice and requires 50% payment to confirm the order.
Step 3) Once payment is received Jutebags.com.au begins developing computerized mockups. Mockups are sent to the client for approval
Step 3) Once payment is received, order is confirmed and will be shipped as part of our next container.
Step 4) Once approval is received, the printing begins. Allow 2 weeks for printing.
Step 4) Logos are sent to our factory in India where mockup bags are created and visuals sent to the client for approval
Step 5) Once printing is complete the bags are despatched Step 5) Once approvals are received, actual samples are developed and sent to Jutebags.com.au Perth office.
Step 6) Jutebags.com.au approves the samples and production begins. Delivery normally takes between 10-12 weeks after client approval of the pre-production sample
Step 7) After the bags are packed they are shipped from Kolkata via Singapore and then to Australia.
Step 8) Once the bags arrive, the balance of the invoice is required to be paid. Once payment is received the bags are despatched to the customer.
